This machine is mainly applied to grind and polish cement-based slabs, resin-based slabs, artificial stone slabs, marble and granite slabs. It is equipped with the most advanced pendulum grinding head, whose elevation is pneumatically controlled. Lateral and longitudinal movement of grinding head is accomplished by reducer of motor. Controlled automatically by PC programmer, this machine features reliable performance, stable, operation and high cut off efficiency.
It is specially designed for grinding and polishing terrazzo tiles with very competitive price. The corsely grinding, medium griding and finely griding can be finished once with the 5 polishing heads of the terrazzo polishing machines.
The automatic terrazzo tile polishing machine can grind and hone the cement-based terrazzo tiles, resin-based slabs and natural stone slabes whose maximum width is less than 1200mm. The quantity of Polishing heads can be 6 pcs, 9 pcs, 12 pcs and 16 pcs. The more polishing heads it has, the more shining the tiles are.
It is designed for grinding and polishing terrazzo slabs, marble slabs, granite slabs and resin-based slabs with very little investment. The polishing abrsives are various: diamond arasives, resein abrasives, soft abrasives...
The robust MMC-series calibrating machines make the terrazzo tiles, cement tiles, quarts slabs and natural stone slabs into the same thickness. For the terrazzo tiles and cement tiles, the calibrating machine also can make the crushed stones come out on the surface. The more stones come out, the more shinning the tiles are.
