MM-500 terrazzo tile press

MM-500 terrazzo tile press is specifically designed for automatically producing terrazzo tiles, pavers and floor tiles. The maximum size of the tiles made by MM500 is 500x500 mm and the thickness ranges from 10mm to 40mm.

Through chaning the mold, it also can produce the smaller tiles, such as 400x400, 330x330, 300x300, 250x250 and 200x200. Morever, it can produce colored concrete roof tiles with the roof tile mold.

Commonly, the complete production line includes the mixer with bucket elevator, doser, terrazzo tile press, polishing machine, etc.

What are the raw materials for the tile press?

For roof tiles, the raw materials are sand and cement.
For polished terrazzo tiles, the raw materials are cement, crushed stone, stone powder,etc.

How much power for one complete production line?

For roof tiles production line, it needs about total 30kw. For terrazzo tiles production line, it needs about 60kw.

How many square meters needed for the machines?

For the covered area, needing 50-200 square meters.

How many workers for the productine line?

Only 3-5 workers.

How about the thickness of the tiles?

The thcikness of the tiles ranges from 10mm to 40mm.

How about the maximum size of the tiles made by MM500 tile press?

Only for single-layer tiles: Max. Size: 600x600mm.
For MM500tile press, it can produce both of the roof tiles and floor tiles with different molds.

Can this machine produce the double-layer tiles?

No. It can not. For double-layer tiles, please refer to the MMVV-series tile press and MMR rotary tile press.

How about the production capacity per shift?

For 8 hours work, 200-400 square meters.

How about the delivery time?

Commonly, 25 days since getting the advance payment or L/C.
