PW-5 tile painting machine

The PW-5 tile painting machine is used for cleaning and paiting the surface of the roof tiles. It is equipped with American GRACO airless painting machines and 4 spraying guns.The painting effect is excellent. For the heating method, commonly, oil heating or electrical heating. The painting machine can work with both of water-based paint or oil-based paint.

It works automatically. For 8 hours work, the painting production can be 8,000-15,000 pieces of roof tiles.

ROOF TILE SAMPLES

After three-time heating-curing and two-time painting, the surface of the dry concrete tile has been covered by high-grade coating.

During the whole course of curing and painting, the whole production line is automatically operated. Moreover, paint-supplied device adopts a high-pressure airless spraying system.

Under the 80 kg/m² pressure, the paint can be totally atomized and its utilization ratio is about 95%.

According to the different situation and demand of customers, the pw-5 equipment can chose fuel oil or electricity-heating tubes as the heating device.

This equipment can spray not only oil-based paint but also water-based paint. Adjusted control parameters, it also can be used in the plate products.
